Equifax show this account status of Closed at my request...which is correct....how do i go bout fixin this w/experian..please help...thanks a lot....
RE: roni and others advice ple Hi Tony, You should just call best buy credit department and tell them that you closed the account and for them to change the status. or you could call experian and ask them to change it or dispute it on the phone. It is such a little matter they may either just change it right then or actually do a investigation. Either way, you will get it off your report. roni.
