Denise, That is great news! Bet Equifax never expected you to take it this far. Please keep us up to date on this. Back in May disputes were sent out to Equifax. Then end of June I received a letter stating the address sent them does not match the address on file. Sent out proof of identity and address in early July. Was told this was a stall tactic. Still do not have any results back yet. I am currently utilizing Bradley Ross and they confirm all the info has been sent, but since Equifax does not confirm receipt of disputes, it is a little harder to tell what is going on. I will wait until the end of August and then pursue this further. I think these CRA's get away with too much. Good luck!
