Had an account with them Feb 1997 to Oct.2002 Turned me over to a CA for $15.00 past due on the account. According to the ledger I keep on the account I have over paid them $14.oo. Told them to send me a complete account history from date opened Feb.1997 Got an account history starting Aug.1999. Where's their sign.?
I'm sending the CA a Val. Letter. IF the OC can't validate how likely is it that the Ca will be able to?
Re: RUMPKIE account history*Up Date I sent the CA a validation letter. I got the green card back stamped 2-3-3. Got a collection letter from the CA yesterday 2-26-3. The postmark on the enveolepe is 2-22-3. The letter is dated 2-20-3. No response from the validation letter. ______________________________________ Even if they do send validation I still have them on the violation of attempting to collect with our validating. Looks like I am hearding them into the right corral. BTW-the amount they are trying to collect is $15.00. OSI SAYS IN The Letter:The following in big bold caps.
