I have felt the joy of my first two successes in this long battle.

I sent Nutcase and Son of Nutcase to two fully paid CAs and one deleted the tradeline and the other sent a letter saying they are deleting the tradelines.

Ah, thank you Creditnet. I´ll keep you posted on the rest.

Thanks Butch. Thanks Holly. More like on to the next 15 or 20!

cexume, I just used the letters in the sample forum like mentioned above. I didn´t really make any changes and I sent them certified with return receipt. If I weren´t in Guatemala right now, I would have had them notorized too!

For the ones that didn´t play ball on the Nutcase and Son of Nutcase, I am going to customize a couple of intent-to-sue letters to match whatever law they´re violating (didn´t mark it disputed with CRA, took too long to respond, etc.) and send a filled-out small claims case. But it won´t be filed.

Because I don´t really want to go to court (and can´t) I´m trying to drag these letters out as much as possible. That´s why I asked before about filing and dropping a lawsuit. Because after this third letter (grandson of nutcase?) I could have a fourth which would be the actual filed lawsuit (great-grandson of nutcase?).

Eventually they´ll get sick of me, hopefully!
