If I threaten to sue my student loan provider can they deny me online access to my student loan account? Is this a good sign that they're finally taking me seriously? I faxed them the lawsuit I will be filing and a settlement offer and haven't heard from them yet. (This is after they ignored my deadline in the letter I sent CMRR). Is no news good news?
