    My questions

When a CA pulls your report as a hard inquiry, not as an account review, should you receive something from them via the postal service or such?

If they can pull your report and send you nothing, is there law to back this up? That they can pull your report that results in hard inquiries and you have no idea why?

The reason I ask is because RMA pulled a hard about 7 months ago, heard nothing, now getting phone recordings from them. Did call back for one of them and they claim they sent me something and whip off some date.
The other is I see a hard from some company, I have never heard of, no calls, no letters, nada, zip, zilch.
On a side note, contacting TU for inquires and even trade-lines you have no idea about, resulted in my last letter of "contact the creditor directly" and here is the address crap.

No, they don't have to notify you. But when you find it, you can send them a letter and ask them what their permissable purpose is. I assume RMA is trying to collect from you. Tell them to put it in writing.

The other company--who is it? Maybe somebody here can give you a hint.
