    Hello everyone,

In a couple of weeks Iâ??m planning on applying for a new apartment. I know they use saferent I also know that saferent uses Transunion; unfortunately Trans is my worst report. I have a sears charge off from 1997 showing up with 0 balance. And Transunion is not reporting all of the good accounts that I have. Only one installment thats a month old I know it depends on what property, but has anyone had any experience with saferent. How picky can they be? I have no judgments or evictions.
My current score for transunion is 640

    Thank you

A score above 620 should get you in creditwise. As long as you have good references from previous landlords pertaining to timely rent pmts. no damages you should get in easily. Probably the biggest factor will be the ratio of your income to rent price of the apartment. You should ask your prospective landlord for their income requirements.
