    Hey all,

Last year I badgered EQ with a dispute about my 15,000 CL with Citi AA World because it was not showing. I knew it was affecting my score. Ok, so I fax and cajole, etc., etc., citing COMPLETE and accurate as the standard in the FCRA. EQ finally adds the CL. It was showing on the last report I pulled 1/02 and my score was 747. Great...mission accomplished.

Today I signed up for the 30day trial with creditwatch and pulled my EQ report. The Citi AA CL is gone again and with it I lost SIXTEEN points. Actually, probably MORE than 16 because my balances have come down so far and I've paid off over $4,000 in debt since Jan.

I'm furious. Obviously the Citi UDF tape is not updated and everytime they report it only reports what they want it too.

This issue hurts a lot of people with various types of cards such as the CAP 1, some AMEX, the Citi AA World, and others. IT SHOULD NOT BE ALLOWED and if I read the FCRA correctly, IT ISN'T.

Is it just Citi AA cards that aren't reporting CLs? I have the Plat. Select and it's reporting my CL on EQ and TU - it hasn't shown up on EXP yet...

It's only a problem with the new world mastercard and visa signature cards that don't have a "limit". This way they can justify reporting the cards as open or with no limit.

Cancel the card and switch to a regular platinum AA card. I have done this with both CITI and FUSA.

The whole idea of a no limit combination revolving open card is great, but if they aren't going to report a limit, the card just plain sucks.

Maybe if enough of us cancel our cards and complain, they'll change their policy.

I opened a Citi Select at the same time I opened the AA Citi World. The Select does report. I wanted to keep the AA though. I never carry a balance on it but use it for miles to give to my nephew who is in college. I charge abt. 1500 to 2000 a month and pay in full thru autopay. They also make offers to me that the Citi Select so far hasn't such as low BT/no fee, etc. so I'm a little torn here as to what to do. The Citi Select on the other hand has always reported but I'm not too happy with them right now either. They started me at a lower CL and after 6months I asked for it to be raised. Sure enough, they granted the increase but it cost me a hard inquiry which I've written them about twice and they absolutely will not remove it. I consider that to be spamming my credit file so I'm ticked. They also have not made any offers of low BT and it's been open for 10months now with big payments. I don't use it for purchases so they won't extend the offers to me I suppose for the profit factor.
