I have a no pp inquiry on my report from US Bank. They said they would remove the inquiry back in Nov. I have what they said in writing. It is still on my credit report. Can I sue for this? For one it was a no PP inquiry, when I requested PP they sent a letter saying they had no application or anything on file for it. So I not only have in writing that they didn't have PP but also that they would remove it.

Couldn't you just send the letter directly to the CRA and demand it be removed??

LL877201 Can sue them whither they remove it or not.

They never take it off the report when we make it right so why should we take it off the docket when they do???????????????????
