sales tax liens..help please

    Hi,
    Hubby has 3 sales tax liens on his cr..all have been satisfied..he actually didn't owe anything but had to provide documentation to the NY sales tax dept..is there any way to get rid of these from his cr..they are really impacting his report.

    Have you tried disputing them?

    "never had a sales tax lien" or "never owed sales taxes"?

    should I dispute these with all 3 cra's at the same time or wait to have success (hopefully) with one and then attack the thers?

    I have "heard" of people having luck by calling the CRA's, deleting the old (incorrect?)address, and then disputing as NOT MINE.

    I have had several removed-over twenty. Say they aren't yours. It may take a couple of times, but they will come off. Just keep at it.
