Years ago I defaulted on my student loans held by Sallie Mae. A # of years ago I began the rehab process and have paid them regular payments religiously, Today in the mail I recieved an invitation to apply for the new Sallie Mae credit card issued by First usa. I think I will pass on this incredible opportunity but I am wondering why Sallie Mae would lend their name to this. Whats in it for them?
