OK... question.. at leats one of my accounts.. I think sears show up twice on my EQ CR One entry is from Sears itslef and the other from the dreadful CA... I am about to send a Validation letter to the CA and I have also requested that the entry be entirely removed.. I am guess they can only remove wht they put in so lets say I do get the CA to remove it. DO you think the entry from the CO will be removed? or will I have to contact the CO? Thanks.. I hope my question(s) are not too confusing..
Only the OC can remove what the OC put there. The same goes for the CA. Just becaues one deletes, doesn't mean the other will.
OK... thanks for the info... So generally speaking what should I do as far as dealing with the OC entry?
