My husband and I both have providian aria cards. He just recieved a new card in the mail with a new account number, I still have my same original card. his card wasn't to expire til next year. Just wondering why they would send a card and change his account number???
RE: Same card new account numb MOM, when providian upgraded our card to GOLD the new card had a different account number, so my guess is if they upgrade you they use a different account number. We thought it was strange, but figured they do this with everybody when they ungrade. Hope this helps some.
