Demonstrate that the hard inquiry for Equifax, Transunion, and Experian dated (Jan 21, 2016), (Mar 18, 2016), and (Mar 23, 2016) met this requirement pursuant to the Act. My Social Security number is xxx-xx-xxxx. Otherwise, rescind the errant notation immediately. Sincerely,
