Has anybody used the info found on www.carreonandassociates.com? I noticed that they have 3 sample letters on their site but the letters aren't free. The letters are: Sample letter to CA about expired debt, Expired SOL Defense and Sample letter to OC to pull back debt from CA. Would anybody know how to set up letters like this or possibly have the actual sample letters?

I tried those already but there isn't any specific letters dealing with CAs writing you about expired debt. I was trying to figure out how to write back to the CA without enraging them to sue.
Re: Re: Sample letters I haven't seen the letters on Carreans site but my guess is they're filled with legal mumbo jumbo. You don't need lagel mumbo jumbo. You just need a simple, to the point, effective letter, as though it was written by a consumer. You're not expected to know the law Trili. .
