looking for some sample settlement for deletion letters. I've searched and not found many I've got another thread where a CA has refused my A&S attempt, so I want to send them a settlement letter that agrees to pay the debt, but doesnt admit that I owe it. ;0 I fear the reason they are being stubborn is because I want them to sign my letters and return them to me before I send the cash :/. Am I wrong to want them signed and returned beforehand?
