Hi Folks, I'm looking for a sample letter to work from to propose partial settlement for deletion. I saw a basic settlement letter in the sample letters thread, but nothing involving offering partial settlement. I feel a bit nervous trying to take a strong stance with the CA, at least without some guidance and examples of appropriate language. Anyone got any suggestions or links?
Just go with the PFD template and offer an amount you think is reasonable. Do your best to put it in your own words and try to not make it sound like you're copying a template too.
