Don't laugh, but I did apply for Sam's Club Credit when I requested a membership card. Approval process took about 5 seconds and you get your membership/credit card combo right there on the spot. Credit is issued by Monogram Bank...same issuer of Home Depot. Oh well, just a small brite moment in my day, and heck I'm all for buying in bulk.
