I dealt with them years ago and got what I thought was a deletion letter, but since have discovered that the letter was actually from a CA. I want to contact the OC because I know the account was sold to the CA so there should be no way for them to validate the debt at this point, although they continue to report and verify. I have an old address of GE Capital Corporation PO drawer 103101 Roswell, GA 30076 I don't know how GE Capital is involved. Has anyone dealt with these guys or have further info about Sam's Club credit in general.
They used to be w/GE Capital,but sold the accounts to Monogram. It may be possible to get it DELETED if they cannot prove the debt(very likely often when transitions with microfilm occurs). Good Luck... Sister Girl
