... of the EFX 45-day club.

Since the annual membership fee is only $59.45, I'll keep my club membership for as long as they let me ;)

I wonder if they also offer senior membership, where you pay some more and are admitted to the 30-day club ;)

I pay more and I'm part of the 7 month club. In fact yesterday was 7 months for one of my inquiries and it's off the report, but still on the FICO part. (we are talking about inquiries right?)

On the 29th, HOPEFULLY, I'll be losing that nasty CA inquiry. We shall see.

I've never heard of the 7-month club. All I know is that I'm in a "less than 365" club.

Just curious to know if anyone has gotten a snail mail report to verify these inquiries are really gone for good?

Nope. But my Privista update this week didn't show any of the deleted hard inquiries. Oops, I take that back. I didn't get one sent to me, but when I bought my car, I saw the report the dealer pulled, and the deleted inquiries were not there.

WOOHOO I lost my 7 month club status, now I'm in the less than 6 months club. Funny thing, the CA inquiry dated 12/28 was deleted today along with a 1/2/02 inquiry, BUT the 1/2 inquiry STILL shows up on the score power part.

    I HAD 12 inquiries in April/May now I have 5.\
    2/23/02
    4/25/02
    5/07/02
    5/08/02
    5/29/02

All of these where when I was trying to refi my car.

The way things are going by Christmas I'll have no more inquiries!!!
BTW Saar, have you been pulling your report everyday? LKH, how about you?

Is this all part of that CreditWatch thing? On EQ I have 36 inquiries, mostly from 2001. So how long do you think it will take to clear up these inquiries?

    12 - EQ
    9 - Hard
    8 - AR
    4 - PRM
3 - Misc (DTC, ID, DAT EMPL)

I really these to drop off!!

It may take weeks to get the +2/-2 working...

Ok Shleprock, how many total inquiries do you have? I have 172 and it has been stuck there for weeks as everytime a new one is pulled by me, another is deleted.

    LKH-
Is it just your hard inquiries being deleted, or PRMS and AR's?

It's just my hards being deleted, NO I'm not complaining :)

EFX Beacon score doesn't seem to be affected by deleted hard INQs that were older than 6 months.

    Can anyone confirm?

    Thanks,

That has been my experience as well Saar. I had lost a ton of inquiries, only the ones 6 months or earlier seem to give me a score boost, 7 points to be exact with the last one.

Of course now I am a member of the 45D club:( I can no longer access my reports or scores. Makes me mad just when I hit the lovely 698, now I can't see if it goes any higher:(

The hard inq's are being deleted as well as soft inquiries I pulled. The disclosure, ar's and prm's all remain.

LKH: Compare 30 of your oldest disclosure INQs from 2 differnet reports. You'll probably notice that some (5%-10%) are gone.
