Please do not sign-up for this service. I signed up my husband cause it was the only site offering online credit reports which would allow him to use a credit card in my name-- he has none of his own. To make a long story short. They only offer you ONE credit report-- and it actually it costs you 3 bucks and by asking for it they automatically sign-up for an 80 dollar "credit service" that has absolutely NO VALUE. Basically you get to register your credit cards with them for security (ha!), you get dispute forms for the CRAs and shopper savings which you actually have to sign-up for separately if you want to take advantage of these (which I don't). There are no credit reports available beyond the inital one and there is not even a credit alert service offered. Can't believe I fell for this crap-- I know better than this! Just wanted to warn anyone out there who may be "roving" for a credit report service online that this is not the one to try. Stick with the big guns-- creditexpert and creditwatch.
Kit...you should be able to sign up with your credit card. The friend that I have been helping doesn't have a credit card either and I've let him use my credit card and it has worked fine. I've been able to get his credit reports from everyone except Experian.
