While reading the board, phone rang and it was "First Financial" who told me I qualified for a Visa card. She then said: "do you have a checking acct?" DOGMAN: "Yes." She said: "Are you over 18?" DOGMAN: (I hesitated here,,, but,,, said "Yes." She said: "do you make $800 per month?" DOGMAN: "Yes." She said: "YOU ARE APPROVED FOR AN UNSECURED CARD WITH A LIMIT UP TO $2500." DOGMAN: "What bank?" First Financial: "We work with many banks." DOGMAN: " Not interested." She asked: "What if I told you 0% interest?" DOGMAN: "I carry the American Express Green Card. I don't pay interest now." She said: "Good bye." FIRST FINANCIAL - sounds like a dog scam to me. They freaked when I asked what bank? (Let's face it, with my Dogman name, I can smell out a dog scam from two fire hydrants away.) cya dogman

Re: Lot of class you I got a call from First Financial right after I turned eighteen. Apparently, my college had sold all our names to several credit card companies. Being eighteen and very stupid I applied over the phone and got the card. I had them for about 3 years before I closed the account a couple of years ago. They are out of Sioux City, South Dakota. To be perfectly honest I never had a problem with them. I cancelled because my interest rate was 19.5% and that was just too high. Dani
