Hi everyone... i have a mortgage with the lovely and talented Residential Credit Solutions. my personal feelings about this organization aside, when our loan was sold to them , somewhere a payment was missed. i make a payment every month, but we are perpetually behind as a result. i scheduled a payment for mid-December, but i need to cancel it. When i called RCS, they said they would NOT cancel my payment, even when i explained that there won't be sufficient funds in the account to cover it. I want to add that I've asked them what options are available for the house - including short sale or deed in lieu. My husband was out of work for almost this entire year...I just can't afford to keep doing this. We're underwater and our payment just keeps going up up UP. Help! I'm not sure what to do!
