Everysince i filled for bankruptcy i don't hear from the school people anymore. I called them and they told me that they are aware and have on file that i filled for chapter 7. This has me wondering what to do or even ask them or what to persue from here. Any advice would greatly appreicated.

they are gonna come after you eventually. you use to discharge student loans if they were 7 years old as per the site it sent you to. And the extreme hardship is very hard. They are probably getting delinquent marks now. If they are not on your report now, they will probably wait and load your report with it later. Sorry, I dont mean to sound so negative.(sp) The time to see about it is now. roni
