I need your help trying to get my thougths straight enough so I can get them written into a letter. re: NCO, Marlin, Inovision and Medclr. on Eq report I have 2 Medclr's and 3 Marlin's reporting. I have disputed them and they keep verifying. I send both val letters and got no response. The medclr val letter was sent to FL. Marlin was sent to NY. I have not gone any further with sending any more letters to them, because what I want to do is write a letter to EQ and TU. The dates on the Medclr's are before and after the dates that Medclr 1 was disolved. so I know they could not of purchased these debt legally. on TU report I have 3 Invovision's reporting. they are the same exact account numbers and amounts as the marlin's that are showing on my Eq report. so in essence they are trying to collect twice on these debt's under different names. I have done alot of research on these people and found alot of bad stuff on them. as you have found yourself. now what I have on them I'm trying to get in letter form to the EQ and TU. Your help would be greatly ppreciated. since I know you have had experience with them in the past. -Any number that you call for all three is answered and debt's collected by NCO. NCO claims that they are not owned by marlin or in business with them. -Medclr is not registered "DBA' in PA. -marlin and Invovison claim that they are the OC, but apparently do not collect the monies on debt's, NCO does. anything else I'm missing ?? I really would like to try to write this letter out to EQ and TU. I'm tired of spinning my wheels with these people. Please give me your best advice, should I continue with the Validation process or alert the CRA's of there violation and go that route. I also plan on filing complaints with the BBB, Attorney General's ofc of PA and Florida. as well as the FTC. actually I would like to include the letter that I'm going to write along with my complaints to the above. kathy
