Re: Re: Score Dropped 100 Pts In 30 Days Here is the one you are referring to. I think all the CRA's have a similar service: http://www.transunion.com/Business/...lutions/data/FncCollections.xml&view=products
Re: Re: Score Dropped 100 Pts In 30 Days CAs often use credit reports for skip-tracing purposes, it seems natural that credit bureaus would figure this out and offer a specialty service just for that. Thanks Breeze, that's good information to know.

Re: Re: Re: Re: Score Dropped 100 Pts In 30 Days From another site this afternoon: What is the name of your state? CO My husband had a bankruptcy discharged in Feb 1995. There is one debt that keeps resurfacing about every 6-12 months - always via a new collection agency. Of course we are able to handle it by giving the collection company the bankruptcy information, and it eventually gets cleared from his credit report, but it is a hassle to continually deal with this (it always seems to pop up again just about the time we decide to buy a car/house or refinance a loan). Is there anything that can be done about this - some way of stopping this cycle? We don't know if the original creditor is selling the note over & over or not. This latest time, the collection agency (one in trouble w/ the BBB) had bought the debt from another collection agency (also one in trouble w/ the BBB).
