On jan 16th I re-ordered Score Power's "buy 3 get one free" deal. Due to a malfunction at their site, I have not received the product. They charged my card at the time (AmEx). I wrote them several times, got no response, finally sent an email to every single customer service email address saying I was going to dispute the charge if they did not respond. Then they responded, LOL, and admitted there was a technical problem - that was on Feb 1st. It still has not been fixed. I have been waiting impatiently <tapping toe>. My AmEx Green due date has come and gone (I usually pay before the due date), and the account closes soon. I wrote ScorePower today and said they have until Friday to fix it or the amount billed will be disputed so I can pay my AmEx bill before the closing date. I mean, what is your problem, Equifax??????? Thanks for listening <G>
