It's hard to say without knowing your situation now. If you have 2-3 good tradelines over the past two to three years and the derogatory stuff is that old, you should be able to get bts assuming you're not maxed out. You are more likely to qualify if your usage is fairly low-- preferably below 60%. I would make sure to apply with a cc company that doesn't pull Experian. Based on score alone, your others look high enough to qualify. I was getting good offers for bts with scores similar to your TU and EQ even with old derogs.
