FYI, just got a copy of my actuals from my mortgage broker: EQ 680 EX 625 TU 634 vs EQ 680 MYFICO EX 652 CreditExpert TU 658 Fake score
Not sure -- but mine sure are! Actually, I've seen many people post real scores substantially higher than what they are getting from the websites... What is amazing is that I have the same derogs on all three -- two accounts with MBNA with historical late pays. But on EQ, I also have a paid and released tax lien. Yet theirs is highest. Go figure.
Is it true that some lenders factor in their own internal score along with a CRA score and merge the two for the final number? I heard the lender scores factor in length of employment, how many years you have lived at your residence, how much moolah you make
My CreditExpert listed 610 while real score on Experian was 633 (this was over a year ago). Two days ago my TU score was 725 while FICO at TransUnion was 733. So both my real scores are/were above the faked scores given by the companies. With just about the exact same data my Equifax FICO is only 686, go figure!
