I am helping a friend on her credit restoration journey. She started out with only four derogs, which were a judgment, and three CA accounts. In the first round, I disputed all four listings. The judgment was the only thing deleted. One of the accounts was an RMA account, which was totally ignored in their results of the investigation. And the other two accounts were verified. In the second round, I reminded them that they ignored the RMA account, and I assume that they could not verify within the 30-day time frame so DELETE IT. As for the other two accounts, I told them that they claimed to have verified them in the first dispute even though the accounts are not mine (hers). And that I (she) want a procedure description. They deleted all three remaining derogs! Her EQ is clean!!!!
Love, did they take the full 30 days after the second letter and procedure request? I'm finding they take soooooo long to do anything it's driving me crazy. Experian has deleted stuff in 1-2 weeks but my EQ and TU stuff always waits till the last minute (and then usually is verified).
