I just got another report via ScorePower. They have a new page layout. I like the new features that they added, but I have a question about the way that my lates are listed now. On several of my accounts I have late pays listed on "unknown date". Ok, now how can they possibly list something as unknown date???? Especially because one of my negative factors is that my most recent late is "too recent or unknown". Well, I happen to KNOW that my most recent late pay was 8 months ago! So, it is NOT unknown. Can I dispute the "unknown lates"? I know that someone recently wrote that you could say "I was never late on unknown date", but is this really a direction I could take? I know that sometimes people here say sacrastic things or say something just to make a point. I want to make sure that I have not misunderstood that. Also, they have been reinvestigating my student loans (five in all) for over 75 days. I sent a letter asking them to delete as they obviously have had enough time to investigate. This was 2 weeks ago and no response (10 days since green card). What now? Intent to sue? Thanks!! G
