I just tried to order my husbands credit report and score from Equifax online and got the message that they were experiencing unsusually high volume. It's 8:05am here. How long did it take those of you who received this message to finally get your report and scores??
I got mine last night and got the same message....I waited about an hour....spent most of the time on hold with Equifax technical assistance just waiting for someone to pick up because I received my password and confirmation number immediately, but I couldnt access my scorepower report.
