I have seen people post that one derog is better than another. where do you find this info? is there some sort of grade assigned ie charge off = D 30day late = C- /// anyone?/ beck

LOL Just kidding...all of that type of information is from experience (watching scores and how they are affected by derogs and deletions) and speculation (guessing game - ask George about the RNG). Also sometimes Mortgage companies will tell you things like "No unpaid C/O's, and none at all for 2 years, before we can even consider you" That is an example of some of the factual proof that you may get.
