Okay, I am almost in tears!!! Not because Im upset, but because I am staring at all of these itty bitty words in all of the state/federal ucc statutes, lol... Can anyone help? I am looking for the specific part of either the federal UCC, or the state ucc for TX or WA about the 2 year sol on suing for deficiency balances. I am trying so hard to find something that says this. I have been told by some pretty knowledgeable people that I can find the info in these statutes, but I am nearly blind after looking for so long!! I have searched Article 2 and Article 9 of UCC. Federal is just fine, as state statues cannot exceed federal guideleins as far as SOL. If anyone has a link or could paste what the info is regarding this, I would be eternally indebted to you!!!!!! Thanks sooooo much!
