I just got off my complaint through Planetfeedback about Sears. I posted about the problem yesterday. When all else failed, someone suggested Planetfeedback. It was my first time using their service, so I am uncertain what to expect. Has anyone used Planetfeedback for a complaint with Sears? How did it come out? I found the process to be dummy proof. Easy to use.
You called them?? I just wrote a letter online. Anyway, I've done it a few times. I had great luck w/ Filenes, Cap one called me the next day (mr. cooke couldn't help right now, but he tried and he got back to me so quickly) sallie mae got back to me in a week or so, but had no luck with them!! I suggested it yesterday, I hope it works for you. In any case, it couldn't hurt!!
I tried to resolve it by phone about five or six times with Sears before going through Planetfeedback. I also went into the store and tried to see a manager. They would not let me talk to a manager, but did relay my problem to him His message was we can't do anything. There paperwork says "Satisfaction Guaranteed". They need to cross that off.
I'm sorry, I misunderstood your above post. I read that you just got off your post to planetfeedback, and I, for some reason, thought it said you just got off the phone w/ planetfeedback. Maybe I should go back to school and learn to read again! LOL I hope it works for you!!! Keep us updated!!
