I need to generate some account age on my reports. My wife has two cards that are over 8 years old that she will pick me up as an AU, one I do not want on (it has a balance), but the Sears cards never has a balance. My question is once I am put on the Sears card as an AU, will it report the original age of the account, or just since the date that I was added as an AU?

I'm an AU on my fiances Sears card. They report the date the account was originally opened, not the date you were added.

    I agree.

I was added to my wife's sears MC account, and it shows the original opening date of the account, not when I was added.

This jumped up my FAKO score on CreditExpert 22 points! (yes, this card also has a balance.)

    Hi David,

Wondering about your sig ... what do you find so appealing about Amex Blue ? Or rather, what is it that you find that Amex Blue give you that other credit cards don't ?

Heck, Amex isn't even accepted as widely as Visa...
