Hello all. I was wondering if anyone knows the email to some higher ups at sears (Credit Card) is there a change with Citi Buying the accounts. I use some brash tactics that sometimes work sometimes wake up sleeping giants...I need a fast track on Sears...Mailing addresses fax numbers...emails for sears credit card will be greatly appreciated. I don't have any email addresses, but the only 'high ups' i know of are: Joyce Fida, Team Asset Manager fax# 215-638-5099 Sears, Roebuck and Co Six Neshaminy Interplex Suite 444 Trevose PA 19053 Kim Graves, Group Asset Manager Sears, Roebuck and Co Atlanta Payment Center 86 Annex Atlanta GA 30386 BUT they didnt do squat for me. In fact, if you've read some of the posts here about sears, you'll see that you probably wont get very far with them (Unless, of course, this is a legitimate mistake.) I basically had a sears chargeoff that I tried settling for deletion on. They were all happy to settle until they realized I wanted the TL deleted. They literally had NO PROBLEM settling for 50%, until I pushed for deletion. They ended up sending me a letter saying 'we'll take your money, but we wont delete'. I didnt budge, and they sent it to collection. Instead of taking 1,000 bucks from me, they sold my account to Sherman (for probably @ 200 bucks). Talk about vindictive. I suppose things could be different now tho since the citi switch. what's your situation with them? they really are one of the toughest to deal with.
