Sears Have A Blacklist?

    Can anyone tell me if Sears has a blacklist or not; if so, what are the details...how long do they keep you on it, etc.?

    I had a relative file a BK against Sears in 1988. Ended up reaffirming on an appliance bought from them. Applied in 1999 for a card and was approved and still has the card in good standing to this day.

    Based on that, my guess would be no if enough time passes from the derog. However that was then and things might have changed.

    Calmest_LA,
    I had a Sears charge-off account back in 89 and now I have a Sears Card and Sears Gold Mastercard.
