Sears verified, I'm so mad!

I have already disputed sears off Exp and TU, but Eq verified today. My score dropped 36 points! =( I disputed as obsolete, because it's 7 yrs old in December anyway. I was so excited of my 719 score, but back down to the 600's I go! Well, at least I know what my score will be in dec. when it falls off on it's own. Bastards!!

 

Don't let EQ get you down. They suck anyway! I'm going to try again in a month. That'll put it at 2 months away. For some reason, I can't just sit back and wait til dec. for my last eq derog.

On a positive note, EXP deleted it over the phone for me! I think I had asked the guy so many questions, he wanted to get rid of me, and just deleted it on the spot. I tried that w/ eq, but she told me she had to put it in dispute. She sucked too! LOL

 

I have them all on violations, I just didn't know it til recently. In my state they only have 21 days to verify, not 30. They all have taken over 21 at least once. I'd have to back and check my dates, but I know TU took over 30 days at least once. If I weren't so chicken of court, I'd be down there filing. My records are accurate, but probably not good enough for court. I'm down to 2 derogs total on my reports, thank God, because I'm sick of these jerks. Course, then I have to deal with hubbies 3-6 derogs per report (Many being student loans, and I don't have to tell YOU what a pain in the *ss those are!)

If they are getting close to obsolete, I'd dispute. I'd probably wait til they were around 3 months away before you try w/ EQ tho. G/L
