Apply for a credit card even if you have no credit
    or past credit problems.

Even if you've been turned down for credit in the past,
you can still qualify for this credit card.

    Easy Qualifications..
    No Application or Processing Fees!
    Low $100.00 Minimum Deposit!!
    Grace Period 30 days
    18.9% as of 4/1/99
    $39 Annual fee

Based on your unique credit profile, your credit limit will be
    100%, 150%, 200%, 300% times your initial security deposit..

**Many of the secured card holders are converted to complete UNSECURED
status every year and their deposit is returned to them with interest!
To get started, e-mail your Name & Complete Postal Mailing Address
    to receive your application Now!

*To request for application you can click the "credit" name above...

    This sucks

This sucks. Capitalone is very similar except you'll get 500% you're deposit of $100
as credit line. Who wants to put $100 down to get a $150 line of credit, that blows donkey n*ts.

I too would like an application... But is it applicable for GUAM, a US Territory. It has been my experience that many banking instituitions do not recognize or consider GUAM within their marketing area. Could you let me know?

    Thank you

Guys, this sounds a lot like FCNB's old sales pitch, and I don't believe they're taking applications anymore. Indeed, they might not even be a lending institution anymore (technically), judging by some recent articles.

At any rate, the original post is from 2000.
