This sucks This sucks. Capitalone is very similar except you'll get 500% you're deposit of $100 as credit line. Who wants to put $100 down to get a $150 line of credit, that blows donkey n*ts.

I too would like an application... But is it applicable for GUAM, a US Territory. It has been my experience that many banking instituitions do not recognize or consider GUAM within their marketing area. Could you let me know? Thank you
