Are there any secured credit cards with buyers protection? I have been off the credit thing for a few years but am going to buy a new apple powerbook and would like to buy it on a card with buyers protection (extended warranty, theft insurance, whatever I can get). Any ideas? thanks.
Well, I didn't find anything right away so I just went ahead and opened the secured business card from Wells Fargo. It has the rental insurance, the extended warranty etc. Hopefully they'll approve me: don't see why not since it's secured and I've banked with them for years.
