What secured credit card would you recommend?

Depends on how much fee you want to pay. FNBM (Bank of Marin) for instance charges you around $300 just to have the card. Then you have to pay fees every month.

I've heard good things about the past about such things as getting credit limit increases, getting security deposits refunded etc.
