If I send an email to Robin at Equifax, how is it that I can ask for her help about a tradeline without giving her my social security # in the email? I always read about not putting any sensitive info through email. Any suggestions?
    Thanks, Sandie

I sent her an email Saturday about an acct I am trying to get the amount owed updated on. I gave her my name, address, phone # and the acct # and told her if she needed any other info to contact me.

What about sending your report number? That would directly identify you and the account(s) you refer to.
