multiple medical bills from different sources: I am hoping someone already has a financial hardship letter written to be sent to physicians office, as well as validation letters for the same physician office...
I think a little clarification is needed, as the requested documents seem to be a "tactical" contradiction. Sending a hardship letter implies acknowledgement of the debt, whereas a validation request implies the debt is not the debtors.
