Send judgment papers to CRAs?

Helping a friend back home with her credit issues and she asked me a question I was not sure about.

She got a "motion to set aside judgment and dismiss with prejudice letter" which I am guessing is the vacate letter? Her question is though, can she dispute with the CRA's and just send them that letter as proof that this suit is being vacated? Or don't send that and just let the courts update the public records portion and let the CRA's send their lackeys? I did the latter with my own vacated judgment months ago, but I never even thought about doing the former and I don't want to steer her wrong.

    Thanks!
