High, I'm still in the newbie stage of the game.

I've been reading on the topic of proper validation, according to he FDCPA, not according to CA'S. It's a vary complex subject and I get the impression many people out there collecting bills and putting blemishes on CRs don't know what they are doing.

With this in mind, if you request validation from a CA and recieve partial validation, Can You Send Greencards and Partial Validation to Cra's and ask for removal ????

    All comments appreciated.

If you send in a validation of a debt from a CA to the CRA you are only succeeding in verifying to the CRA that the debt is yours. This is something you do not want to do!

When you send your request for validation of debt to a CA you are hoping that they will not or cannot validate the debt in which case you can then take the next steps in trying to remove the negative trade line from your CR.

In most cases where they CA has provided PROPER validation (see the links in lbrown59 post for further info) for the debt most people will look to settle if they need the trade line deleted.
