I honestly have no idea any more. I could probably go digging though old musty files to see if I can find it but even then I might not.
Georgiaboy, With all of those different name variations on Revgro have you been able to link the company EMCC to Revgro? EMCC is located out of Chicago Illinoise. And yet another name that caught from EMCC is "RMI" I dont remember If I saw that on your list. I have a feeling that this alleged debt is going to bounce around in the organization like a pinball machine. I'll be getting letters from Revgo, Revco, Revfro, ect. ect. But on the bright side, atleast that I am fully aware of my rights. I have counted over 6 different name variations. $1000 per violation, this one company could account for my whole retirement plan. All I can tell you is that I think that every time they hit you with a new company you should hit them with a new demand for validation. They pull those tricks hoping to scare you or they have sold it to another company to get rid of it. If you teach them that pulling such tricks is only going to increase their workload and their grief level maybe they will stop it some day and learn to do things right.
