I sent a dispute to TU with 6 items. They either verified or deleted 5 of them, but ignored the 6th. I sent a letter saying delete since they didn't verify. I didn't hear anything back, so I sent a ITS letter. I just checked the wk site and it is gone - it was there yesterday. It was a collection account. I started out with 3 collections and I now have none listed on my TU report!
what is an "ITS Letter." I would do a search but I don't think searching for "its" would be much help.
