Sent Validation letter...

    Hi, guys...

    I sent a validation letter to a collection agency, who, as far as I know is not reporting to the credit bureaus yet. It's been over 30 days, and I haven't heard from them. What do you suggest I do at this point? Let it go, since they're not reporting, or send them another letter? If you think I should send them a follow up letter, what should it say? Thank you!

    I have the exact same situation if I receive no response tomorrow. So, do we just keep the info as firepower if they report??

    Their is a fifteen day letter that others have sent out in situations like yours. They are on this board and I have seen the Lizard king post them before. It is in response to their lack of response and I hear it is effective.
