...on 2/11/02 they signed for it. On 2/14 I checked EXP and they had deleted! (Victory!) The only thing is that they are still on my TU report....do I wait until 30 days and send estoppell, or should I dispute w/ TU now (since the only way it could've came off EXP is that they contacted them to remove, right??)...BTW, I hadn't disputed the acct w/ EXP!
If the CA has not validated I would go ahead and dispute with CRA. If the CA verify it I think that is a violation for continued collection action. After 30 days send estoppel to the CA. Candi
